Trump wins over votes from Indiana by staggering 59.4%

Trump won 11 votes from Indiana in the race to be the next president of the United States.

Polls for Indiana opened at 6am and closed at 6pm and the majority voted Trump.

Trump was projected early in the night to win Indiana by 59.4% leaving rival Hilary Clinton with 39.5% in projections.

History of Indiana’s VotesĀ 

For the past 10 years Indiana has always voted in favour of the Republicans, except in the 2008 votes in which by a small margin of 49.9% was voted in favour of Democrats.

This year however holds the one of the largest votes from Indiana, with 2004 still holding the highest record votes of 59.9%.

Trump is currently still top in the race to be the next president.
