USA VOTES 2016

The latest news & results from the 2016 US election campaign

It’s Your Fault Young People!

Why is America so anxious this election? Why is America so angry? Why is America’s economy failing? Why is America’s congress not working?

Well according to Bill Clinton its your fault millennials!

Yes that’s right Bill Clinton has once again had a go at young people. On Thursday, Bill was stumping on behalf of Hillary in front of 1,000 people at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. When the Former President Bill stepped up he told the crowds that …

“If all the young people who claim to be disillusioned now had voted in 2010, we wouldn’t have lost the Congress, and we’d probably have our incomes back”

Despite the fact that in 2010, most millennials were too young to vote in the 2010 election.

But hey maybe it’s about time the Clinton’s started having a go at the young people of America! I mean it’s not like Hillary could do any worse with people under 30. Its been a constant theme throughout the Democratic primary race that under 30s have been flocking to Bernie Sanders!

It’s not a new campaign theory to put the blame on demographics that aren’t voting for you. However, this most recent outburst from one of America’s most popular former Presidents may be a sign that the pressure of Bernie over the last few weeks has finally resulted in a dangerous crack in the Clinton campaign.
