The latest news & results from the 2016 US election campaign

Trump walks away with North Dakota

We are calling a Republican win in North Dakota. Donald Trump has won North Dakota’s 3 electoral votes with a landslide of 66.5% with 59% of votes reported.

Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton has picked up just 25.4% of votes in the polls and now trails Trump by a predicted 36 overall votes, according to The New York Times.

North Dakota has often been considered solid Republican territory and with this victory, Trump has continued along the same path.
