Clinton Takes New Mexico

We are calling New Mexico as a Clinton win with 50% of the votes been called. A sigh of relief for the Clinton campaign as she claims New Mexico with 50% of the vote. The state has begun to swing generally in favour of the Democrats in recent elections, with Clinton’s success tonight making it a third victory in a row for the Democrats in the south west.

Donald Trump salvaged 39% of the vote. Whilst Gary Johnson walked away with 8.3% of the vote.

With the victory, Clinton salvages 5 electoral college votes.
