The news comes ahead of Donald Trump’s potential election as the next President of the United States.
Citizen and Immigration Canada, the main immigration website for Canada, appeared to suffer repeated outages on Tuesday night as Trump edged closer to The White House.
Some users throughout Asia, Canada and indeed the United States, saw an internal message error when trying to access the site.
Although initially perceived as a joke, thoughts of moving to Canada if Trump is elected, are appearing to become more and more of a reality for some US citizens.
