A Nevada state judge has denied Donald Trump’s campaign court order request to make the names of poll workers public.
This came after accusations that a Nevada county kept polls open beyond closing time on Friday, the final night of early voting.
Trump’s campaign wanted an order that would have seized ballots at early voting sites to be able to determine if they were cast by voters outside of the scheduled closing time.
The lawsuit was filed on Monday alleging poll workers at four polling sites in Clark County, Nevada, didn’t follow protocol.
Clark County Judge, Gloria Sturman said “I am not going to expose people doing their civic duty to help people vote … to public attention, ridicule, and harassment”
